Exciting news for Lesotho’s youth! The Robotics for Good Youth Challenge – Lesotho National Chapter, in partnership with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), is calling on teams to showcase their creativity and robotic solutions, tackling global challenges, with a focus on food security.
Event Details:

· Location: Maseru, Lesotho
· Categories: Junior and Senior
· Theme: Advancing UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) through innovative food security solutions, SDG 4 (Quality Education) via hands-on STEM learning, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) with AI and robotics.
This is a qualifying tournament where winners from each category will be invited to the prestigious Grand Finale in Geneva (July 7-8, 2026) during the AI for Good Global Summit, subject to official Terms and Conditions.
Unleash pure creativity while aligning with ITU guidelines, using open-source tools and sustainable materials. Let’s empower the next generation to build a brighter, more sustainable future for Lesotho and beyond!
